My name is Matthew Balius, but you can call me Matt. I have been blessed with a wonderful family that has helped me form this company that we call BOLT. I am a full-time inspector, and besides my family, my attention and focus are reserved entirely for my clients. I truly enjoy the process of performing a thorough inspection. I love the photography and the tech. I love finding safety hazards and helping people avoid them—and the liability that comes with them.
I see this whole process as both a science and an art form. Before I became an inspector, I had over 15 years of experience working in many different fields of residential and commercial construction. I have personally nailed, cut, sealed, plumbed, installed, and/or wired most of the same systems you will be trusting me to inspect. I can see the small details that others can't, and I will help you understand and prioritize them, along with any other concerns you may have about the property.
Buying a home is a big deal, and I personally know how stressful the process can be. I will do my very best to help reduce some of that stress and provide you with the information you need to be confident in your decision.
